Room Pricing
Pricing reduces depending upon the number of people playing. After choosing your escape game, select the number of people to play and you will see the total cost. As an indication prices per player are:
Mon-Sun (incl public holidays)
2 Players $260 per person;
3-4 players $250 per person;
5+ players $240 per person;
For corporate groups, parties or large social activities please see our group Team Building web page. When looking at pricing bear in mind that our room games are 1 hr in duration and are exclusive for the number of people booked in a room. Other venues may appear cheaper but you may have less time in the room.
Opening and Game Times
Monday to Thursday- 11:00 to 21:30 (last session 20:00)
Friday to Sunday- 11:00 to 23:00 (last session 21:30)
The escape games will start at the time stated on the booking, and if you’re not on time, the game will start without you. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the time stated on the booking so that we can do an introduction. We also have a great reception / break out area, with toilets and refreshments, where you can relax and get ready before your game starts . An escape game takes a maximum of 60 minutes and the entire visit takes a maximum of 90 minutes. After your game you are welcome to stay and reflect on your experience.
Game Duration and Centralised Control Room
Due to the immersion and amount of puzzles in our escape rooms our games are a full 1 hour in duration compared to other venues which offer less time. However you should allow a total time of 1.5 hrs for your experience as we ask you to arrive 15minutes early.
Our Game Masters, located in our centralised control room, are watching and listening to you throughout your game because each room is equipped CCTV cameras, ceiling mounted speakers and microphones.
How many people can fit in a room?
All our escape rooms can take between 2 and 8 players and on request some rooms can take 8. If you book all of our escape rooms then we can host 64 players at once. All our escape games are private for your group only.
What is a Room Escape Experience?
Real-life escape rooms are a thrilling type of live escape game where you and your team are locked together in a themed room with other participants, racing against the clock to hunt for hidden clues, crack challenging puzzles, and use everything in the room to either escape the room or complete your mission, all within an intense 60-minute time limit. Children, Teens, Parties and Age Limits
Our escape rooms are great for Children and Teens. Each room has a dedicated Game Master who is watching and listening to what is happening within the rooms. We encourage the children to explore, work out the clues and work together as a team but the Games Master can give multiple hints as and when required to make sure the game keeps progressing. Some rooms are better suited for younger players. We modify the adult versions of Prison Break, Bunker, Wild West Saloon and Mastermind Heist for a younger audience. Ages 6-10 is recommended to be accompanied by an adult, but everyone is welcome to play. Children aged 5 and under play for free.
Team Building
A Room Escape experience is an excellent choice for corporate team building. Your teams will have to work together, use logic and creativity to overcome problems. It is the ultimate team building event. With our 8 rooms we can cater for 64 people in one time slot. See our Team Building web page for more details including corporate packages.
Multi-lingual
All our rooms have English as the base language with Chinese Translations. Players will encounter puzzles which will require basic English to solve (for example, how to spell numbers from one to ten).
Cancelling, Rescheduling and Refunds
When paying for the experience directly online, we do not make any refunds. Up until 24 hours of your game, you can chose to reschedule your game, we will then send you a voucher worth the amount of the game, so you can make a reschedule yourself at a time which is more convenient.

Do we accept walk-ins?
Yes, we welcome walk-ins! However, our escape rooms can book up quickly (especially on weekends and holidays), so we strongly recommend checking availability and booking online in advance to secure your preferred time slot.

Do you provide clues or hints during the game?
Our Game Masters will be discreetly monitoring your progress throughout the entire adventure. If they notice you’re stuck on a puzzle, they’ll gently check in and ask if you’d like a hint — always guiding you just enough so you can solve it yourself and enjoy that full “aha!” moment.
To keep the immersion intact, we primarily deliver clues through on-screen picture hints (and only speak when necessary), so you stay fully absorbed in the story without breaking the atmosphere.
Accessibility and Special Requirements
Most of our rooms are suitable for wheelchair users but please call us as some of our rooms such as Bunker, Mastermind Heist, Wild West Saloon and Zombie Lab are more suited than others. People with disabilities may fully enjoy our games but we ask that you call us prior to making your booking so that our staff can make appropriate suggestions and make any required alterations to your game to ensure a seamless experience. Pregnant women may also enjoy our games as they are not physically challenging and there are no fear factors involved (it’s all in the mind as they say!) Also, there are seats in all rooms if a team member needs to rest for a while. Please call us to check the requirements if you are unsure.
Parking and Drop-off Points
Eastcore (the building we are located in) offers convenient parking spaces in the same building. The carpark entrance is accessible from How Ming Street and shares the same entry as the World Tech Centre carpark. HK$24/hr
For quick drop-offs, head to Millennium City 6 (just nearby at 392 Kwun Tong Road) directly from Kwun Tong Road. It’s perfect for taxis, ride-shares, or unloading your group before parking elsewhere.

What is the Difficulty of your rooms?
Our escape room games vary in difficulty depending on group size, experience, and whether or not you have played with us before. As our escape rooms are fully immersive and our tech is integrated into our world class design, players who are new to escape rooms tend to find our games more challenging than those who have played with us before. However, bear in mind whichever escape room game you choose our Game Masters are watching and listening to you and you can ask for hints or nudges at any time.
If you are playing with a smaller group, consider that each escape room may feel more difficult as you have less time to complete each puzzle per person. So, every room is different and it really depends on you, your group size and how you think and work together!
Prison Break is great for families, first timers, and people new to escape rooms.
Mastermind: A Heist Story is perfect for first timers who are looking for a story driven escape room challenge. Played in the dark with flashlights. Appropriate for children and families.
Bunker is also an intermediate escape room with the first section being non-linear and requiring a number of puzzle solutions coming together to complete the main puzzle. Bunker can be modified to make it suitable for children – please ask at reception when you arrive.
Wild West Saloon is a medium level escape room for those who have played escape rooms before. Very family friendly for return players. Its also very well decorated inside!
Zodiac Killer is a fun challenge for intermediates who don’t mind a jump scare or two.
Zombie Lab is a medium level challenge which is linear. The theming is based around a science lab and is only slightly creepy.
The Other Side is one of our more challenging escape rooms. Perfect for escape room players who are looking for a non-linear room with some unique puzzles. It has a supernatural theme and some confined spaces which may not be suitable for a younger audience.
Tesla’s Mystery is one of our most challenging escape rooms and is ideal for players who have completed a number of rooms. It is a non-linear escape room design where logic and lateral thinking are a must – with of course a hint towards Nikola Tesla
